Shilpa is very knowledgeable in the field and she put me at ease I had ems treatment as I have scoliosis my work outs can not be as intense as I would like them to be and what I can tell you even my doctors noticed how much my posture improved by strengthening the core muscles plus side effect but welcomed I have tiny waist now as small as before the family...
