From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I was a little nervous, but her calm and friendly demeanor instantly reassured me. The consultation was incredibly thorough — she took her time explaining every step, answering all my questions, and making sure I fully understood what to expect.
What really stood out was how professional and highly knowledgeable she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work. She’s also highly qualified and it shows in everything she does. The treatments were quick, comfortable, and expertly done — I felt like I was in the best hands the whole time.
Nurse Shak has been doing my friend’s Botox for years, so I already knew she was amazing — but now having experienced it myself, I can confidently say she’s absolutely brilliant. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Wanted that, "You look well!" look and she never disappoints! Professional yet friendly & welcoming. I Had micro needling done today for the first time by one of shaks students, they both remained so professional making sure I knew how the treatment would work and how many sessions I would need for my desired result.
Shak is very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease.

I think Shak’s amazing she’s done a fantastic job. I was really nervous I’m scared of needles and she made me feel comfortable and explained every step she made me feel better about myself . I had my lip filler. Cheek filler and nasolabial fold done

Brilliant experience, booking with Shak was easy with good communication prior to appointment, clinic was a clean and relaxing environment. Nurse Becky performed my skin booster treatment, she kept me at ease throughout, thoroughly explained my treatment which was performed comfortably with post treatment advice given.
