From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I was a little nervous, but her calm and friendly demeanor instantly reassured me. The consultation was incredibly thorough — she took her time explaining every step, answering all my questions, and making sure I fully understood what to expect.
What really stood out was how professional and highly knowledgeable she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work. She’s also highly qualified and it shows in everything she does. The treatments were quick, comfortable, and expertly done — I felt like I was in the best hands the whole time.
Nurse Shak has been doing my friend’s Botox for years, so I already knew she was amazing — but now having experienced it myself, I can confidently say she’s absolutely brilliant. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

What a fantastic lady. Talks you through all treatments and suggests what would be good but never pressures you to have anything. The results are amazing would 100% recommend and the fact she is a qualified nurse is a bonus.
