He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before starting the treatment. He was professional and reassuring throughout, which made such a difference as a first-time client.

The results are exactly what I was hoping for – very natural and well- proportioned. I still look like myself, just with a subtle enhancement, which was really important to me.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Winter to anyone considering lip filler, especially if it’s your first time. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments! Show less »

I first contacted Mariella mid-February with all of my concerns i wanted to address. After recently having a baby and turning 40, I felt that everything had just gone downhill. I felt my skin was saggy dull and deflated. I went on the hunt for someone who's worked, looked as though they knew what they were doing, and weren't pumping everyone up to look the same. I love a good tweak as much as the next person, but I really am not found of the over exaggerated fillers, plastic fantastic look. I was looking for someone who could make me look fresh and plumped again in as natural way as possible. I'd originally asked Mariella for all kinds of treatments to achieve this. I was thinking I'd rather be overdone than feel rough. I sent a couple of pictures over with my message, and Mariella invited me in for a consultation. When I got to the clinic, I felt welcome straight away. The space is beautiful and calming (and smells amazing), and Mariella is just lovely. She has a really kind and caring way about her that puts you at ease straight away. We spoke about my concerns and decided to go for some natural lip filler, peptide injections, and botox. I have been back to the clinic 3 times now for my treatments, which we have spaced apart, giving my treatments time to settle and be assessed for when the next treatment is ready to be done. Like a lot of places today, I find they are more about taking money for whatever you ask for rather than offering genuine advice on what's best to have and what's best to avoid or not needed. I'm so happy with what Mariella has done for me so far. My lips are absolutely fabulous! No migration or duck lips in sight. My botox is currently kicking in, and I love watching the wrinkles smooth out . The peptides are definitely doing their job, and I can't wait for my 2nd session next week. I have already been recommending Mariella to family and friends who have complimented me on how well I'm looking. I will definitely be a lifelong patient here. I honestly can not recommend Mariella and her clinic enough. I'd also like to add that I found Mariella through researching on social media and checking out MANY other places. I'm really fussy when it comes to this type of thing. Remember making changes to your looks that could impact you for life, and you need to find someone you can trust and are very experienced in what they do. I have been seeing the same aesthetician for many years. They have moved away and so I needed to find someone else as good if not better, and I have definitely found this in Mariella Balazs. Kate is an absolute dream! I spent ages looking for a new practitioner and finally came across Kates website... my main want was finding someone medically qualified as i can be quite anxious and the fact she is a working GP and has over 10 years experience was perfect!

We spent a really long time talking over my goals and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Shes very knowledgable in the different techniques to acheive the desired effect - in my case botox for an eye brow life and then we set a plan to dissolve my old lip filler and re fill for a more natural look.

Always enjoy my visit as shes also an absolute delight to chat to!

So after being nervous after a bad experience Joanne was so helpful and kind,she helped me work out what I wanted explained everything in detail about what she was going to do,what was in the fillers,how they work.
