I’ve been having PRP hair sessions at AURM Clinic and I’m genuinely amazed by the results. I’ve only had two sessions so far, but the improvement has been outstanding. Even after the first session, my hair shedding noticeably reduced, which I honestly didn’t expect as I was quite sceptical about the treatment at first.

The team at AURM are incredibly professional and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. You can clearly tell they are knowledgeable and experienced in what they do, which really reassured me throughout the process. Their technology and method feel very advanced and well thought out.

What really convinced me was that even my barber noticed the difference in my hair — that says a lot! I’m so happy I chose AURM Clinic and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is concerned about hair thinning or hair loss. Show less »

Ria was really helpful when I came in for my consultation and is so welcoming which kept me at ease! Simran did my facial and she was amazing. She was so particular when doing my facial and my skin looked so fresh after it all. Lastly I went for laser here too and the woman who did my laser was so thorough and really helpful. Danielle was my aesthetician, carefully analysing what my skin needed, and delivering it. Her massage technique was gentle yet powerfully effective, and put me into a state of deep rest. I've been very fortunate to have experienced facial treatments all around the world, only to find the best ever here on my doorstep in Slough. Run, do not walk, to one of Danielle's treatments. I repeat: RUN!

I commend The AURM Clinic to you in the highest possible terms. I am treated like a beloved friend, nothing is too much trouble, and the communication is clear and straightforward.

First of all, staff are really friendly gives that sort of home like ambience to your visit. They talk you through of which treatment is best suited for you and guide you through what steps to take. Visited this place for the first time, great ambience… all staff where very professional and easy to speak to, Loved that Jessie had great knowledge around the medical field and she was able to explain treatments in depth to help me feel at ease,,, as this was my first time having an IV DRIP and was very run down from being unwell. Simran’s absolutely lovely and very gifted with her hands and her deep tissue massage techniques proved this as I felt amazing when I woke up in the morning…

I was interested in booking with this clinic for either microneedling or Co2 laser treatments. They have no indication of prices displayed on the website, so I called to find out more information. I spoke to a receptionist, who took about 5 minutes to try and find the prices for these treatments. Then said to me she doesn’t know if the clinic offer microneed... Show more »

I was interested in booking with this clinic for either microneedling or Co2 laser treatments. They have no indication of prices displayed on the website, so I called to find out more information. I spoke to a receptionist, who took about 5 minutes to try and find the prices for these treatments. Then said to me she doesn’t know if the clinic offer microneedling and that she will get back to me. As the first point of contact for customers how do you not know the treatments offered ?

I then asked her to book me in for a consultation for co2, which on the website is advertised as free. She asked me for a £30 deposit which comes off the treatment you go ahead on.

I then called back as I am actually considering microneedling rather than co2. Another receptionist then said to me that they do offer microneedling. I asked her for some more details regarding the treatment before I pay the deposit and she said she would find out and email me that day. I also asked for the prices and again she didn’t know. I also asked her about laser hair removal and she didn’t know what packages were on offer and said I should wait until my consultation to find out.

Later I got a call asking me for the deposit, but still no confirmation of my questions received. The next morning I got another call asking for the deposit, but still no answer to my questions.

To be honest I won’t be coming here for any treatments, it seems impossible to find out any information and the receptionists have clearly not been given any training whatsoever, they have no knowledge of what the clinic is offering and are just unhelpful. When I walked in I was welcomed by the practitioner, but the receptionist didn’t feel out of place she stopped me and asked how I had my coffee :). When I walked in I was welcomed by the practitioner, but the receptionist didn’t feel out of place she stopped me and asked how I had my coffee :). I came for a V drip and it was so well explained, I knew exactly what I was expecting. During the process I was made feel very comfortable and constantly was checked up on. A bespoke plan was made for me and really looking forward to my next treatments.
