I was interested in booking with this clinic for either microneedling or Co2 laser treatments. They have no indication of prices displayed on the website, so I called to find out more information. I was interested in booking with this clinic for either microneedling or Co2 laser treatments. They have no indication of prices displayed on the website, so I called to find out more information. I spoke to a receptionist, who took about 5 minutes to try and find the prices for these treatments. Then said to me she doesn’t know if the clinic offer microneedling and that she will get back to me. As the first point of contact for customers how do you not know the treatments offered ?

I then asked her to book me in for a consultation for co2, which on the website is advertised as free. She asked me for a £30 deposit which comes off the treatment you go ahead on.

I then called back as I am actually considering microneedling rather than co2. Another receptionist then said to me that they do offer microneedling. I asked her for some more details regarding the treatment before I pay the deposit and she said she would find out and email me that day. I also asked for the prices and again she didn’t know. I also asked her about laser hair removal and she didn’t know what packages were on offer and said I should wait until my consultation to find out.

Later I got a call asking me for the deposit, but still no confirmation of my questions received. The next morning I got another call asking for the deposit, but still no answer to my questions.

To be honest I won’t be coming here for any treatments, it seems impossible to find out any information and the receptionists have clearly not been given any training whatsoever, they have no knowledge of what the clinic is offering and are just unhelpful. This clinic is world class level. I am saying this as I recently moved to slough and didn’t expect this kind of service, knowledge and cleanliness. When I walked in I was welcomed by the practitioner, but the receptionist didn’t feel out of place she stopped me and asked how I had my coffee :). This clinic is world class level. I am saying this as I recently moved to slough and didn’t expect this kind of service, knowledge and cleanliness. When I walked in I was welcomed by the practitioner, but the receptionist didn’t feel out of place she stopped me and asked how I had my coffee :). I came for a V drip and it was so well explained, I knew exactly what I was expecting. During the process I was made feel very comfortable and constantly was checked up on. A bespoke plan was made for me and really looking forward to my next treatments. They really made me realise how easy it is to maintain the most important thing which is our health, needed vitamins and skincare. Highly recommend. Mohaned Show less »
