I am extremely unhappy with the service received at Sk:n Clinic. I bought a 6 session bundle and was only able to use 3, given the expiry after 12 months. These sessions were intented for my face, which is a sensible area and thus doing 1 session every 2 months was not suitable for me. I have been trying to contact with the branch manager for 1 month and have been completely ignored. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and I will make sure that other customers are not affected by the bundle scam. Show less »

I had Hydrafacial treatment. Very unhappy with the service I received. The beautician arrived 10 minutes late which meant my treatment started late. She Had fake long nails and did not wash her hand prior to starting my treatment. Her technique was not right, i was uncomfortable throughout the treatment session. I had Hydrafacial treatment. Very unhappy with the service I received. The beautician arrived 10 minutes late which meant my treatment started late. She Had fake long nails and did not wash her hand prior to starting my treatment. Her technique was not right, i was uncomfortable throughout the treatment session. She was rough, it felt like she was scraping my skin and I was left with bruises on my face that looked like burst capillaries under my skin. She is supposedly a senior practitioner but did not know what she was doing, I will never recommend her to anyone. Show less »

Found it hard to get in touch with them at first, but they quickly got back to me, letting me know they had found the ring and kept it safe until I was able to collect it. 2. Let me start this off by saying I initially had a poor opinion of this place.

1. I had lost a ring at the clinic when I went for my consultation. Found it hard to get in touch with them at first, but they quickly got back to me, letting me know they had found the ring and kept it safe until I was able to collect it.
2. This place is low on frills - clinic rooms are stripped back and very clinical. Not what I’m used to for aesthetic/skincare clinics, as most places focus on the atmosphere. However, after having my first treatment, I was pleasantly surprised. My hydra facial was performed by Shola who is very sweet and experienced. She took very good care of me and was kind and professional. Kept me informed throughout the procedure and gave me good aftercare advice.

My skin is looking and feeling so much better and it has only been little over a day since the treatment. I will definitely be coming back and special shout out to Shola who is a credit to this clinic! Show less »

Thanks to Montse who was the absolute best at making me feeling comfortable and honestly she’s such a great vibe I would have tea with her !!
