The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt about 300 times better when I walked out than when I walked in, and that was just after my first treatment.

I’d been struggling with irritation across my T zone for months, and following the treatment and the skincare routine Sheena recommended, my skin has genuinely started to clear. I haven’t changed anything else in my day to day routine, which really shows how effective her approach is.

Sheena is refreshingly straight forward and honest about what your skin actually needs. No fluff, no pressure, just knowledgeable advice that works. I found a very warm reception, which made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was explained in detail as well as the products that were to be used. During the treatment I felt a positive aura (elegant ambiance, quiet relaxing music, some silent moments); I could feel my skin responding positively during the treatment and remaining so for days after. The post treatment discussion was invaluable as it included what procedures and products I should continue with that would benefit my skin, and a dietary regime that would complement the procedure and products used.
