It was my first treatment with Sheena, even though I have had facials previously by various Turkish, Hungarian and British professionals. I found a very warm reception, which made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was explained in detail as well as the products that were to be used. During the treatment I felt a positive aura (elegant ambiance, quiet relaxing music, some silent moments); I could feel my skin responding positively during the treatment and remaining so for days after. The post treatment discussion was invaluable as it included what procedures and products I should continue with that would benefit my skin, and a dietary regime that would complement the procedure and products used. I’ve been to other aesthetic practitioners before where nothing is really explained, but with Sheena, you feel completely informed and at ease. It gives you real peace of mind because you understand exactly what is being done and why.

It’s definitely not one of those places where you just walk in, have a treatment, and leave. Sheena makes sure you feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout the whole experience.

Her knowledge of the treatment is tenfold — she answered all of my questions with confidence and made sure I understood each step of the process. It’s so reassuring to be treated by someone who is clearly passionate and highly experienced in what they do.

The studio itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, calming, and such a lovely environment to relax in. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone considering starting their polynucleotide journey.
