This is a review for the aesthetics clinic which is part of the Market Hill Dentistry clinic based in Market Hill in Royston. Please do not use this place. I went for a patch test for a small vein removal & am left scared for life. Fatima Agha failed to use the machine correctly & laser burnt me. The pain at the time was excruciating & resulted in a deep open wound & scab for 6 months & a scar that will be there forever. There was no aftercare advice & she never contacted me to see how I was; no one from the clinic ever contacted me. I phoned & went to see her; all I got was a sob story about how poorly her son was. I had some email contact with Louise Ayers who continually lied to me & fobbed me off. This place is utterly unprofessional & should not be allowed to provide services that the staff are not qualified enough to use or medically qualified to offer treatment & aftercare. Honestly could not be happier with the results!!

Fatima is such an amazing professional and makes you feel so comfortable!
I got my eyebrows and lashes laminated as well as tinted and they have never looked better🥺
I am especially impressed with how my eyelashes turned out as I have have naturally very straight lashes and it’s always been such a problem to get them to stay curly even with a surfer and mascara.
Now however, I almost never mascara anymore as there is honestly no need for it with how long and curly my natural eyelashes look!😍

I had a few sessions with Fatima at Royston and she is absolutely amazing. Professional, helpful, will explain you in detail and recommend the best treatment tailored just for you. Her hands are magic and difference after the treatment is visible straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is my second laser treatment with Fatima to treat thread veins due to rosacea. I am so happy with the results we are getting from the treatment. Fatima is very professional and makes you feel very at ease during and after treatment. Would highly recommend

I have had a number of treatments with both Fatima and Raj. They are both fantastic, they make you feel comfortable and their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched, always leaving you with fantastic results. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

I had my first session of hair removal via laser treatment with Fatima at Royston aesthetics. The results have been outstanding and beyond my expectations. Fatima conducted herself in a professional manner and her knowledge and ability while performing the treatment, eased my nerves and filled me with confidence.
I would highly recommend the clinic but also the practitioner.
I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the procedure and results and I would personally request that I had Fatima perform the next treatment I have. I will be returning to have other areas of my body treated as I am so impressed with the results. Show less »
