I’ve been to Re:new Medispa before and always had a lovely treatment, particularly from Holly. This was my first time booking 45 minute deep oscillation therapy with a 45 minute massage and also my first visit with Laura.
Laura explained the DOT in great detail so I knew what to expect. It feels lighter than you would perhaps expect but it still feels very relaxing and a really enjoyable part of the treatment. Following this, Laura had already asked what my problem areas were and asked how deep I like the pressure. I always enjoy a back massage but Laura gave me an incredible back of leg massage which included some really deep stretches. Definitely the best leg massage I’ve ever had!

First ever leg wax was so nervous, but the lady I got put with Nic was lovely and nurturing towards me, she explained everything in full detail so I knew exactly what was going to happen in my appointment and throughout it, she made me feel very comfortable. Nic was very quick and efficient which helped alot, she also loved to talk which I was very grateful... Show more »

Nic was very quick and efficient which helped alot, she also loved to talk which I was very grateful for, a needed distraction from the discomfort

From the second walked in I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and offered a drink. While waiting for my appointment all the staff smiled and said hello as they walked past which was really nice to see. I went into my appointment with Emma and she was so kind and gentle and did an amazing shop of my nails for Valentine’s Day. I loved the atmosphere of Re... Show more »
