I’ve been to Re:new Medispa before and always had a lovely treatment, particularly from Holly. This was my first time booking 45 minute deep oscillation therapy with a 45 minute massage and also my first visit with Laura.
Laura explained the DOT in great detail so I knew what to expect. It feels lighter than you would perhaps expect but it still feels very relaxing and a really enjoyable part of the treatment. Following this, Laura had already asked what my problem areas were and asked how deep I like the pressure. I always enjoy a back massage but Laura gave me an incredible back of leg massage which included some really deep stretches. Definitely the best leg massage I’ve ever had!
