My first visit today to Ruth, an hour in the infrared sauna which is in the most idyllic private garden followed by a neck/shoulder/back massage. Ruth put me completely at ease and was so lovely. Highly recommend. The secret garden and sauna / cold plunge feels like an oasis in the centre of town. Ruth explained all the benefits of infrared sauna combined with cold plunge, she is knowledgable and friendly. We followed our sauna / cold plunge experience with a treatment each (facial for my wife, massage for me). Both fabulous…. We floated out of there... Show more »

Ruth is sheer magic! I sought her help on the advice of a good friend at a particularly low ebb and through perimenopause. Ruth managed to evaluate what the medics hadn’t and that set me in a path through to menopause which helped me massively. Her treatments are considered, highly effective, and are always delivered with warmth and care. She’s now my health... Show more »

I have asthma so saunas can be tricky but this was a perfect heat and left me feeling very chilled after. The cold plunge wasn't as cold as I expected and was really relaxing after being warm... The cold plunge wasn't as cold as I expected and was really relaxing after being warm in the sauna. Come here for laser hair removal and Ruth makes the process so comfortable! She's created such a calming, zen environment. As a trans person, treatment like this can be awkward and other people might not be so understanding and respectful, but Ruth made me feel very welcome and safe.
