I had a sauna and cold plunge today and it was lovely. Ruth explained that the sauna was infrared and therefore heated differently to other saunas and she wasn't wrong. The cold plunge wasn't as cold as I expected and was really relaxing after being warm in the sauna. Come here for laser hair removal and Ruth makes the process so comfortable! She's created such a calming, zen environment. As a trans person, treatment like this can be awkward and other people might not be so understanding and respectful, but Ruth made me feel very welcome and safe. Highly recommend. The secret garden and sauna / cold plunge feels like an oasis in the centre of town. Ruth explained all the benefits of infrared sauna combined with cold plunge, she is knowledgable and friendly. We followed our sauna / cold plunge experience with a treatment each (facial for my wife, massage for me). Both fabulous…. We floated out of there... Show more »
