We’ve had the pleasure of getting treatments from Samia for over a year now, as she has been providing my wife with skin treatment, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she has done. From the very start, Samia has been not only highly skilled but also incredibly respectful, compassionate, and empathetic. She always takes the time to listen and truly cares about the well-being of her clients.

Recently, we started an additional treatment alongside the one my wife has been receiving, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Samia’s expertise and dedication to her work are clear, and my wife feels so comfortable and supported under her care. We genuinely look forward to our appointments with her, and every time we’re in town, we make it a point to visit and say hello because Samia has become such an important part of our lives.

I’ve just had a session with Samia, and she was amazing. I really enjoyed talking to her she was kind, attentive, and gave me proper time without rushing. I had phototherapy for acne and skin rejuvenation, and she gave me excellent advice tailored to my skin. My skin feels hydrated, refreshed, and looks really good after the treatment. I’ve had microneedling done at another clinic before, but today’s treatment was much better. I felt very comfortable throughout the session, especially because I was quite scared at the start. Samia was incredibly supportive and reassuring, which made a big difference for me. She does the treatment differently from other clinics I’ve been to, and it felt much more tailored and careful.

Do not recommend what so ever! Paid for 10 sessions in March, had my first session in April, the second one then got canceled a few days before. Had my second appointment. Third appointment I turned up to the clinic to find the clinic shut with no prior warning. Emailed customer service who were no help what so ever, did not hear from the clinic for a month,... Third appointment I turned up to the clinic to find the clinic shut with no prior warning. Emailed customer service who were no help what so ever, did not hear from the clinic for a month, I had to go in and find out what was happening. Rebooked my appointment, turned up to be turned away as the person who was doing my treatment had not turned up for work. Once again emailed customer service, surprise surprise no help what so ever. Rang the clinic today and was told to email to manager, told them no I am not chasing, it’s their issue so the manager needs to ring me, was told the manager will contact me today. Low and behold no phone call from said manager. Requested a refund as since April I have only had 2 sessions.

Absolute joke of a company.

Will be sitting in the clinic tomorrow and not leaving until I receive my money back and I will continue to post about this issue on all social media platforms. Show less »

However, after raising my concerns with the management and Samia was very understanding and quick to respond. Samia resolved the issue professionally and offered me compensation, which I appreciated.
I then had the opportunity to speak to her she handled my treatment. She was excellent — very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My microneedling session with her today was a completely different experience — detailed, comfortable, and expertly done.
Overall, although the start of my journey wasn’t ideal, the way the situation was handled and the quality of care I received from Samia turned it around. I left feeling very satisfied with the treatment and would definitely recommend Samia for her expertise and professionalism. Show less »

I’ve now had a discussion with the manager who has recently taken up the mission it sort out the Cardiff branch. As I’ve had a few issues the past 9 moths with a few staff members who have now been updated. I’m so relieved! The manager was so kind and understanding about it and has been most helpful! Despite delays from head office, she has always responded promptly, kept me updated, and gone above and beyond to ensure I felt reassured. Her proactive approach makes a huge difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I really appreciate the effort she has put in and highly recommend her for the excellent service she provides.

Alex also listened to my concerns and helped come up with a plan to come to a resolution for my laser hair therapy.

Although Alexandra has been great I am disappointed in head office still not getting back to me with a response. Show less »

Been going to sessions since September 2024 we have had a few issues with previous staff and service quality. Our plan was to finish our sessions up and go somewhere else.

Today we had a fantastic surprise with having Samia look after us and what a completely different experience she was attentive, professional, knowledgeable with our questions we had and she was very reassuring. Laser treatment was fantastic and far better quality than we had previously experienced. We also spoke to Alexandra the new manager to discuss previous experience and she was absolutely brilliant she listened to us ,very professional and again attentive.

It was like going to a completely different clinic to previous experiences it really is like night and day and we are now happy to continue our treatments as we do feel we are now in better hands. We have put 4 stars as today is the first day with the new fantastic service from staff will update to 5 stars after a few more treatments. Highly recommend this clinic now xx Show less »

I had my first skin consultation at Samia and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She is so nice and incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to really understand my skin concerns and walked me through the various treatment options available, tailoring her recommendations specifically to my needs and goals. I couldn’t thank her more

What stood out the most was her genuine care and expertises, and I felt fully informed and confident in the next steps. It’s clear samia’s highly experienced and passionate about what she does.
