I spent over £1,000 on Dr David Jack skin care products. I very quickly had a bad reaction to 3 products, and was advised by a dermatologist to stop using them, and had to pay for ultrasound to calm my skin down which took weeks to get back to good place. I spent over £1,000 on Dr David Jack skin care products. I reached out to the team, I explained what had happened and hoped they’d either refund me for those 3 products, or offer me an exchange or credit. But they offered me a really poor resolution. When I purchased the skincare I had also been in touch with an intention to book some aesthetic treatments. I own a luxury brand and I value client services. I didn’t feel taken care of by the team at Dr David Jack at all, as a result I’m put off from spending money with them again. Show less »

My experience at the clinic was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional, and my practitioner, Izabela, was just as wonderful. She put me at ease both before and during my slightly invasive treatment. The clinic itself is also beautiful. I would highly recommend it.

I like to have a natural look but keep the wrinkles at bay somehow. Dr Jack has suggested things I didnt know about, like Carboxy treatment which suits my skin much better than fillers - which I dont like so much. He is good at letting me know about new types of treatments which suit my style instead of advocating more botox or a frozen look. He is a brillia... Show more »

Had a wonderful experience at the new clinic based in Liberty’s. I was welcomed by friendly staff, and despite being early managed to accommodate me straight away. I had the privilege of Holly carrying out a fantastic facial, bespoke to my skin. I could feel and see the effects immediately and Holly also gave me wonderful advice for at home skincare. Definit... Went to the belgravia clinic today beautiful decor welcoming. Holly gave me an amazing facial peel and dermaplane treatment. my skin looks so fresh and taut. The facial massage was also amazing never had that before with a facial. I look radiant. She recommended some creams for my face and gave me a detailed breakdown of what i needed. I had a very in-depth consultation with the lovey Ria who educated me on my skin and advised me on what treatments would work best for me. I was very impressed with level of professionalism and felt at ease straight away. I enjoyed every minute of my treatment and how Ria explained each step, I felt in safe hands. Straight after my treatment my skin felt amazing and it was glowing, I look forward to the next days and weeks to see how my skin improves further. I can’t wait to use my new Dr David Jacks products.
