Charlotte is very professional and well educated in what she does. Charlotte’s clinic is immaculately clean and welcoming. She understood that I only wanted fine natural looking eyebrows and lashes that wouldn’t touch the lenses of my glasses. Time was taken to discuss all my options and measurements were taken for accuracy. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, she delivered on all count also giving great aftercare tips.
