Over the moon with my treatments at Black Ivy. I had been obsessively plucking my eyebrows for years and had finally had enough. I am so grateful to Emma for being honest and not carrying out the treatments I had booked in for (because there was nothing to treat!). I had never had any sort of beauty treatment before so was completely clueless and quite nervous. She made me feel so at ease, gave me great advice free of charge and sent me on my eyebrow journey. Almost 5 months, three waxes, one lamination and one tint later (by the brilliant Nicole) and my true eyebrow potential has been reached!
