I was nervous—wondering if my idea of how I wanted to look might not align with the person carrying out the treatment. Walking into the clinic, I questioned whether this was even a good idea.

The moment Viola started speaking with me, all of that anxiety faded. She has such a natural warmth that instantly put me at ease, and within just a few minutes, I knew without a doubt that I could trust her to do what was best for my lips. She truly listened, reassured me, and made me feel heard in every sense.

What sets Viola apart is something you don’t come across every day: she’s honest, kind, and genuinely invested in her clients’ happiness. She doesn’t just perform a treatment—she creates an experience that leaves you feeling more confident, valued, and cared for.

I originally chose the clinic because of the glowing reviews, and now I completely understand why Viola is so highly recommended. In fact, even before the filler itself, I left the clinic feeling better about myself than I had when I arrived.

From the first moment I entered the salon, I felt at home. Very friendly and welcoming owner Viola. Only met Viola not long ago but her professional attitude and the vibe in the Salon is amazing. After the procedure she gave me a face massage which I never had anywhere else following the procedure. Viola was very friendly and helpful, she is a woman with a big heart and it translates to her work. I’ve never seen result within a few hours after the procedure but after a visit to Violas salon I could see results of the procedure within 2/3 hours which really surprised me.
