This was my first time trying a treatment like this, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Viola was absolutely fantastic—she took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, what results to expect, and how things would progress over the next few weeks. Her calm and knowledgeable approach immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely relaxed both during and after the appointment.
