Dr was 1 hr late for my appointment, reception never checked me in despite speaking with them. Charlene was very pleasant however and apologied and made me a coffee. However such a long delay left a bad taste in my mouth. Meeting went well but procedure was much more on the expensive side (double the price of some other places) of all other surgeries I had checked that specialise in gender affirming surgery. Before and after photos of results were very limited and Dr Vivek had only performed 10 of them before (top surgery for trans patients). Show less »

The moment I walked in I was instantly out at ease but the welcome and relaxed atmosphere.

After meeting Vivek my worries were quickly eased .
He was very confident and relaxed with no judgements.
Then I met my patient Co-ordinator Caroline who I previously spoke with in the phone.
She has a very relaxed manner which also putting me at ease straight away which helped during my pictures and examinations.
