I’ve been going to the Eastcote branch for a few months now, mainly for laser treatments, and I’ve been really happy with the experience. The customer service from Margo and Nishma is excellent – even though the clinic is quite busy, they’re always warm, friendly, and take time to explain the treatment process and aftercare clearly.
Booking appointments is straightforward, and they’ve been flexible when I needed to change my appointment at short notice, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the services are quite pricey, even with packages.
Overall, it’s a clean and professional clinic with a wide range of services and personalised advice. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for quality treatments and friendly staff. Show less »
