I booked in for laser as a self-conscious new mum, and Mashal has made this whole journey so easy!
From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. She greeted me with the warmest smile and such a calming presence. The clinic itself is immaculately clean and professional, yet has a homely feel that instantly put me at ease. During the consultation, no stone was left unturned – she explained everything in detail, fine-tuned her machine, and really took the time to ensure I felt confident moving forward.
Fast forward a few weeks to my first full-body session today, and I can honestly say Mashal worked her magic again. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable — in fact, it was painless in many areas, and I even slept through most of it! Depending on the area you can feel something happening, but it was never more than I could manage. From start to finish, she was polite, professional, and made me feel more comfortable than I have in a long time. She offers something rare – a true hub of safety and a little place of solace.

Mashal has been fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and made my daughter feel completely at ease for her laser hair removal procedure. Everything was explained thoroughly.
2 sessions in and there is a considerable difference to the amount of hair growing back and the speed of growth.

2 sessions in and there is a considerable difference to the amount of hair growing back and the speed of growth.
The clinic is conveniently located woth parking nothing a 2 min walk (80p for 1 hour)
Everything was spotless, equipment and room were clean and sanitised.

I also appreciate the clinic's commitment to using advanced technology, ensuring optimal results. This was my first session but I am soooo happy with the customer services and overall experience. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective and comfortable hair removal. I am very satisfied and cannot wait to see the end result.

Mashal is the best aesthetician I’ve had the pleasure to be treated by. She is knowledgeable and incredibly responsible in the way she conducts the treatments. I found her wonderfully patient too in the way she took her time to understand my needs and offered the best treatments. I will recommend her wholeheartedly!!

I had such a great experience with my laser treatment! Mashal was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, and everything was explained clearly before we started.

Mashal is AMAZING! She is super dedicated and careful with all procedures, and really takes into consideration the comfort and wellbeing of her clients. I had a great experience and the laser hair removal sessions worked like magic on both my legs, I barely have any hairs at all :)
