I had my first appointment with Lucy today. The aesthetics room is beautiful, so clean and smelt amazing. Lucy explained in detail about the way muscles work in the face. Lucy continued to give a really caring approach to consulting with me what I would like or where I feel parts of my face would benefit from a treatment.A really genuine lady and so easy to speak about what treatments would be beneficial for me. I felt so relaxed and felt i was completely listened to. The process was pain free and advised the time for a follow up appointment and after care.

I can not recommend Lucy and her wonderful clinic enough. I suffer with rosatia and had booked a course of light therapy. I can not recommend Lucy and her wonderful clinic enough. I suffer with rosatia and had booked a course of light therapy. From the moment I arrived she made me feel at ease, her treatment room is so relaxing and she really looked after me. I finished the course feeling a lot more confident and felt that she had taken the time to listen to what the problem was and to try different types of light to focus on different problems my skin had. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. I had been visiting another practitioner for Botox for a couple of years and wanted to try other treatments that they didn't offer, that's when I found Lucy. Previously the injections had strung and caused large bumps, I knew the bumps where relatively common but not the stinging. The experience with Lucy was different, no stinging and very minor bumps. Since then I have had micro needling with skin boosters and have had my first treatment of polynucleotides in the eye area. I had been put off polynucleotides due to the post-treatment look and recovery time but Lucy uses a cannula and within 48 hours the light swelling had gone and now I am patiently waiting for the results. Lucy is such a warm, friendly and lovely person. I have complete trust in any treatment I have with her. Show less »
