Two weeks later, I returned for a complimentary top up appointment, & Kauty touched up the areas that needed a little extra. She’s absolutely lovely, friendly, professional. Would recommend.

I visited the salon tuesday to be one of the lucky first customers to try out the japanese head massage, first of all the room was inviting and as always so was kauty. I got set on the bed which is really comfortable and warm and began with wetting my hair which was the perfect temperature and felt amazing. This was so relaxing and all the differnt massage... I visited the salon tuesday to be one of the lucky first customers to try out the japanese head massage, first of all the room was inviting and as always so was kauty.

I got set on the bed which is really comfortable and warm and began with wetting my hair which was the perfect temperature and felt amazing.
This was so relaxing and all the differnt massage tools felt lovely. Also the products smelt amazing.

Throughout kauty made sure i was happy with how it was going and i confirmed it was amazing.

When finished i was given a hair scan which showed how clear my scalp was. Then shown to the new hair section to dry my hair which i think is a lovely touch.

I will be returning for another as this was so lovely.
