I came to Jooles for my lips, I couldn’t fault my experience with her. She made me feel so welcome and explained everything so clearly to me and talked me through everything she was doing.

Highly recommend Jooles, She uses the best numbing cream —barely felt a thing. I was a little nervous at first, but she was so patient and made me feel at ease the whole time. Very professional but easy to talk to. Took time to ask what results I would like and really listened to what I wanted 😊

Upon arrival I was greeted with a lovely warm smile and instantly felt like I was in good hands . She talked through many things between me and my friend eg. Risks , aftercare and talking about how she would go about the procedure to get my desired lips . throughout she washed her hands , changed the needle and kept making sure I was okay . pain level was 2/10 and I’m a right pussy 🙈. I am obsessed with my lips and now looking forward to booking in for more treatments ❤️
