Gemma was my practitioner and very professional and reassuring throughout the whole procedure, which made me feel at ease. The beauty room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Since treatment I have had no issues but Gemma has sent several messages to make sure I am happy and everything is ok! I couldn't recommend mirrorball aesthetics enough I am so greatful for giving me my confidence back thank you so much!

Had semipermanent eyeliner The staff was welcomeing . Gemma was great.
I didn't know what to expect but the procedure was gone through step by step.
I was made to feel at ease. And at each step I was told what was going to happen.
What a lovely place. What a lovely lady and I was welcomed to go back.

I had my first chin enhancement done by Gemma this morning, im so pleased with the results, it’s made me feel a lot more confident. Gemma is really lovely and went through everything she was doing at the time of my chin enhancement and was so gentle and made me feel so calm. I will definitely be using Gemma for the future, thankyou again xxx

I had a treatment i have never had before semi permanent eyeliner. I was not sure if upper lid or lower lid would look better and Gemma was so informative. She kept me calm so that I needed flinch as much (which is normal as they touching your eye) will definitely go back for top up

Lovely room within the hair dressers, Gemma is lovely and will put you at ease. I had the skin boosters on Saturday and can see results already! Will be going back again.
