After being a patient at this practice for that past 20 odd years, it was disappointing when Mr Adl sold it off and just kept the Benlech practice, we had no choice in the matter and had to remain with Valley, it soon became apparent that the new owner had little or no interest in NHS patients, following a recent need to see the dentist we have just found ou... After being a patient at this practice for that past 20 odd years, it was disappointing when Mr Adl sold it off and just kept the Benlech practice, we had no choice in the matter and had to remain with Valley, it soon became apparent that the new owner had little or no interest in NHS patients, following a recent need to see the dentist we have just found out that they are only seeing private patients as they no longer have a NHS contract, more disappointing is they did not have the curtisy to let the NHS patients know.
Well we will not be feathering his nest, but will look for a dentist who puts patients before profit. Show less »

I was having a tooth extraction yesterday but have a huge fear of dentists however my Dentist Catrin and the dental nurse made me feel so relaxed the whole time and talked me through it step by step which made a lot of difference to me with my fear and I managed not to get scared or upset so thank you so so much

I have struggled for years with my fear of the dentist 🦷 since meeting the therapist/ hygienist- Graham, I can now go to the dentist and sit in the chair without panicking. Graham is your man as well as the dental nurse Sophie, please have faith, you will be ok. ❤️

I tried to get through on the phone was on hold for an hour. So I Decided to pop to the Dentist at 4 o’clock and the door was locked. Tried ringing again no answer. Yet, on their website they do not close until five. ( I was knocking on the door for a good 10min) there was no notice up on the door or anything to say they were closing at 3 o’clock. All I wa... All I wanna do was Cancel an appointment because you have to do it 24 hours before your appointment otherwise you get charged. Not a good way to treat paying customers!!! Show less »

On the first day of my recent holiday in Church Bay, a front post-crown came out and I couldn’t smile, talk or eat. To make matters worse, we were travelling on to Ireland to attend a wedding. Valley Dental gave me an immediate emergency appointment and Catrin did a fantastic temporary fix, which is still firmly in place over three weeks later. All staff a... Show more »

Thank you for everything you have done for me. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental practice than I have here.
