When entering the clinic I had a lovely warm welcome by reception. I was made to feel very comfortable before having my Botox. We spoke about what I will be having done and how much I will be having. I was very nervous as it was my first time having any Botox and also scared of needles but it was over and done with so quickly with no pain. The results turned out great once they set in. Overall very happy with my visit to this clinic.

The staff are all really friendly and the consultation was great. I wasn’t pressured into anything, and the nurse explained everything to me clearly.
