Be aware! What an awful job! I've never seen someone so incompetent in my life. Nails are thick, uneven and my cuticle area is so painful from having the skin filed. The pictures does not even show how bad the nails are! I don't know how is that acceptable!!! I will not be going back! Had them done on Wednesday afternoon and by Sunday evening the.gel came o... I'm gutted to leave a poor review especially after reading the good ones. I was booked for full head of foils at £125 for 3.5hrs. On arrival told my hair wasn't in acceptable condition (never had this before) and he wouldn't put any lightener on ( I respect this) but would sort something out. On arrival told my hair wasn't in acceptable condition (never had this before) and he wouldn't put any lightener on ( I respect this) but would sort something out. Had I known he was just going to blob 1/4 inch of dark dye on my root and charge £100 for the 1hr 45 it took (plus next to no product) I'd have done it myself.
10 days on my hair looks pretty awful. I hate negative reviews but I feel ripped off and it's such a shame.

Thanks for your reply. It wasn't made very clear to me what exactly was being done. The toner did not tone down the yellow and that's not what I asked for. I was actually told to come back for a conditioning treatment....was not given one there!

I had shown pictures of balayage styles and was told he could cover the grey. Was certainly not expecting to pay £100 for a blob of dark dye on my roots and had to later pay £150 elsewhere. I think you have to understand it's not easy to come back and return to the salon with a complaint.
I don't want to return, merely leave my experience for people to be aware. Especially because you're going to have the same people left to their devices on your hair again. Show less »
