Had 0.5 ml lip filler done by Simone. I went in there to have lips evened out more than enhanced. I was never told the risks of filler but only that lumps for the first 2 weeks are normal and to massage them out when I get home. She told me she would have to put more filler in one side so they would be an even shape. I noticed when she was finished she handed me the mirror and there was a blister looking lump that appeared straight away, I asked immediately if it will go and I was told again that lumps are normal and it will go. A few days pass and I 100% know something isn’t right. All my top lip was covered in lumps and the side that needed more filler was just full of it and look like a sack of filler on my lip. I messaged them and went back for them to have a look where I was told straight away that it looked like herpes(I was told this by Anna not Simone) so I instantly panicked thinking I had caught it from their needles. Simone then said it’s definitely not that as it came up straight away after injecting. They told me to come back in 2 weeks to have them dissolved if they don’t improve. As I thought, they never improved so I went to have them dissolved and they were still saying it was no fault of theirs even though I had messaged someone completely different from another shop and they said it looks as if they filler has been misplaced and had migrated. I didn’t bother kicking off due to them being dissolved. At has now been over 2 weeks of having them ‘dissolved’ and my lips are still covered in lumps! So maybe before getting anything done by these people, check they actually have any qualifications because by the looks of things my 4 month old daughter could’ve done a better job👍

Really disappointed with the results from this clinic. I spent just under £500 for botox in 3 areas, filler for marionette lines and a skin booster back at the end of February. I experienced "Droopy Eyes" from the botox, which is still slightly there today. I went for a follow up, and given even more Botox and it just stayed the same. The botox lasted only 3... Show more »

I experienced "Droopy Eyes" from the botox, which is still slightly there today. I went for a follow up, and given even more Botox and it just stayed the same. The botox lasted only 3 months!!. My filler for the marionette lines has started to disappear already after just 5 months!!!. I was so disappointed as I had saved up for a little bit to have the work done, and it didn't do what I had hoped for. I would not recommend. Show less »

The staff are very welcoming. Sarah has been absolutely wonderful with the treatment that i have. She made me so comfortable in each session.

I’m absolutely love the ambiance. My glutathione injections has helped my skin conditions and improved my metabolism and looking forward to see the skin glow in the next few weeks 😊.
