Terrible! The new owners wouldn’t honour the credits I had bought with the salon. I have been a client since 2019 and was very happy. The new management are rude and not client focused at all.

Scam! I have purchased Groupon voucher for laser treatment with this płace in June. Through July and August I have tired to book appointment without any luck. It was only in August that someone eventually answered my phone. They are clearly scamming people. You pay a consultation fee at the place. After which you only have 2 session out of 6 sessions of laser treatment. I had already booked the 3rd treatment in advance, although for some reason there were not happy to book me in advance. They also said I should email or call but email is better because someone will respond really quick. I knew this was a lie because noone responded to my emails for two months when I tried booking myself for consultation, but I was too polite to say anything. Now I know why they tried to get me to call or email. In November, they have cancelled my third appointment through the app. Noone called me to rearrange it or tell me why it was cancelled. I have called and emailed since the start of November but no one responded. After seeing other reviews which explain that similar thing has happened to them I know this is a scam. There was no acknowledgment of their wrongdoing, apology or refund!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! You will lose your money, time and patience. I will report this practice. Show less »

If I could give 0 star, I would. This company is a scam. They make you buy a Groupon voucher and then pay a separate consultation fee, then give you only 2 session out of 6 sessions of laser treatment - that's exactly what this company did to me.

After the 2nd session of my treatment, they told me to call to book another session which I did. I called and messaged so many times for weeks without any response. Until I messaged and threatened to report them before they responded and told me they were short staffed and I should contact Groupon for a refund.

Avoid this scammers for your own good and I'm still going to report this company.

UPDATE!
So, this company has been threatening and harassing me with a legal action, if I don't take down my HONEST review. Same company that ignored my calls and messages for weeks. Its the audacity for me really!

In response to your reply, you didn't advice that I'll get a full refund from Groupon and the issue is not about the sessions I've had but your breach of contract and your attitude all through my dealing with your company.

Your practitioner (RASA) dishonestly told me during my last session that I should call in and you'll book my next session when I call. I asked why I had to call if I could book my next session while at your clinic (as I did the previous session), but Rasa told me because a different practitioner would attend to me. I agreed to call, which I did numerous times and followed with messages. You didn't reply my messages or calls, until I sent my last message and threaten to report your company, then you replied telling me to go ask Groupon for a refund of the remaining sessions because you're short staffed. I'm in the middle of a treatment and all you can say is I should go ask Groupon for a refund of the remaining session?

Tell me, how your actions are not tantamount to a SCAM (a dishonest and tricky behavior). I bought the deal on Groupon for a reason and if you were to cancel, it is only decent that you call me to let me know that you're short staffed and apologise appropriately (and if necessary, with compensation). You should then contact Groupon to advice them of the change, that's what a competent, professional company would do.

Instead, you knew you had no intentions of continuing my treatment and would only offer me 2 sessions, after enticing me with the deal on Groupon and charging a separate Consultation fee, and then lie to me to call for my next session that someone would attend to me. You knew from my last session that you would discontinue my treatment and dishonestly tricked me into thinking I'll get the 6 sessions I paid for - that's a SCAM, as I'm short on the money I've paid. Then, you ignored all my many messages and calls until I threatened to report your company, before you responded.

I will not take down this post as it is my honest review and you should be ashamed for threatening and harassing me with a legal action. Show less »

Location has nearby free parking (up to 2 hours) which is convenient and I have not had a problem parking. Having said this, I have always found it hard to contact anyone there and find that voicemails are constantly ignored. I recently raised this as a problem and their response was really poor. Calls usually ring through to the therapy room which can be distracting. Unfortunately I have cut my course of treatments short and I am not going back and its more to do with the management of the clinic and lack of responsiveness which is a shame. Show less »

I booked and went for a 30 minute skin consultation, charged at £25. I wanted advice on what treatments were offered that could help my skin look and feel better. It was billed on the website as a personalised skin assessment. I arrived and was in an out in 10 minutes. The consultant didn’t look at my skin, she sat across a desk and reeled off a list of treatments they provide that I didn’t understand. I asked her why she hadn’t looked at my skin, so she then came closer. Didn’t remove my makeup or get down to my level even to look. She then insisted I paid the £25. I wouldn’t return and will not be taking any treatments with this organisation. I don’t expect to pay £25 for a list of treatments that are better explained on the website. I expected advice and recommendations. I hope they put my £25 to good use as they won’t be in business long treating clients this way. Show less »
