Excellent experience today from start to finish with Elyssa. She explained everything so clearly and really put me at ease, offering the best advice and understanding knowing that I was an anxious patient. Just had a lovely trip to the belmore centre, Simone on reception always greets me with a smile and makes sure I’m looked after. Laura does my beauty treatments, she’s a 10/10 for care and making me feel comfortable.
