Could not fault the experience from start to finish for someone who was absolutely petrified of visiting the dentist to be made to feel so at ease and having two extractions done and brilliant aftercare. Five stars is not enough. Thank you to the team especially Dr Ebi Bamgboye my oral surgeon.

Booked in to see the Dental Surgeon for a root extraction. Was apprehensive as always re having dental work. Surgeon and his colleague's where excellent, made the procedure a breeze, no issues afterwards either, even got a courtesy call to see if I was OK the next day, all good. Can't big the Forum up enough as a Dentist, 1st Class.

I have to say I was dreading my trip to the dentist… This was mostly due to a butcher of a dentist when I was a kid of just 7… I’m 60 now but still traumatised by it all 😂 On arrival at the Forum, I was made welcome by the two receptionists, put at ease by the friendly staff who answered all my questions pre surgery and even the surgeon himself went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, explaining every step of the procedure and constantly checking my well being. Honestly, these guys could not have done anything more to make this a perfectly acceptable experience ( under the circumstances ).. Can’t thank you all enough. I’d highly recommend these guys to anybody. Only complaint was that I wasn’t offered a lollipop on my way out ( a relic of the past I think ) 😉 Well done guys 10/10… Show less »

I suffer with 2 blood disorders so was petrified to have a tooth extraction. The dentist and the other staff were absolutely amazing. They put my mind at rest and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend this place.

Easy to get an appointment and any treatment required is scheduled very quickly; all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I had an inlay applied to a tooth today by my dentist Diana. A great job carried out confidently and professionally.

I’m so grateful for the care I received from Dr.Ebi Bamgboye and the team. I went in feeling nervous about having a tooth removed, but the dentist & dental nurse explained every step and made sure I felt comfortable. The extraction itself was quick and surprisingly easy. I was referred here by my Dentist in Grimsby to have a tooth extracted and as a person who is generally terrified of Dentists - this was a very positive experience. All of the staff I met at the practice were friendly and approachable. The dentist and dental nurse who did my procedure were both warm and understanding when I had a little cry (I’m a self confessed dental wimp). They offered me reassurance throughout the procedure and were very efficient. Although it is unlikely I will visit this practice again, due to distance, I can absolutely recommend them if you are a Gainsborough resident or if you are referred to them. Show less »

I was not looking forward to a wisdom tooth extraction but my treatment was faultless. From reception to leaving, I was looked after well. The team provided excellence service throughout my son's journey with braces. They were incredibly professional and welcoming, and ultimately did a fantastic job sorting out his teeth. We are thrilled with the results.

Fantastic staff and fantastic service. I couldn’t be any happier. The surgeon was so lovely, polite and caring, as was his dental nurse. They talked me through everything and put me at ease. I couldn’t be happier. The receptionist was also very welcoming. Overall experience was amazing

Referred for extraction of impacted wisdom tooth. Communication was excellent, reception staff were very friendly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
The dental surgeon was quick and efficient and the dental nurses were lovely, friendly and reassuring.
