The process from enquiring about booking an appointment for a full body mole check all the way through to having a mole removed was brilliant. It was fast, information was clearly laid out and understandable. The secretary was easily contactable and very helpful. All the staff, from the receptionist and secretary to the nurse, Dr Trigell and Mr Abood were professional yet approachable and made me feel at ease. The procedure itself was organised very smoothly and was quick and relaxed, yet professional. I was very comfortable, reassured and there was minimal pain. The aftercare advice has been spot on and I am over a week since procedure and have had no issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for top-notch care. Thank you very much. Show less »

When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. I didn’t have to wait long before being met by Mr Abood who is a very lovely man and a great Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. 20 days ago I had a procedure to remove a small skin lesion from my scalp. The staff and Dr. Abood were brilliant. I was treated impeccably from the moment I arrived at the clinic. Dr. Abood explained everything in detail about the procedure before it began. It was quick and painless, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Abood and his nurse kept checking that I was comfortable. After the procedure I was given clear instructions for the immediate post-operative care and how to manage the area during the healing process. Recovery has been very straight forward, and the wound area has healed very quickly. I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend the Day Clinic to anyone. Show less »
