It was a great experience. I was given options for my treatment and they were explained in a way that would make it easy for me to decide which treatment to undergo. The staff is very accommodating and is very helpful with my questions.

I recently had Fractora (radio frequency microneedling) treatment at the Cosmetic Clinic, and I can confidently say it was a 10/10 experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic is spotless and maintains the highest standards of hygiene. I am an older woman who wants to naturally look her best. I feel ‘seen’ and ‘listened to’ by the Dr. I have absolute trust in her knowledge and expertise. I have regular Profhilo - administered well - it is a treatment that can be a little painful. She never tries to sway me to have treatments. I enjoy my sessions.
I would highly recommend her.

I had a positive experience due to all the staff being welcoming, friendly and professional. The doctor listened to my requests and explained the treatments, and I felt that her aim was to provide a professional service that would address my issues and produce results that I would be happy with.
