I came in for my first ever appointment for laser treatment for spider veins and honestly left feeling lighter in every way. From the moment I arrived, everyone was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. They went out of their way to explain everything and answered every single question I had without rushing me or making me feel silly for asking. The procedure itself was exactly how it was explained to me, calm, professional, and reassuring, and I felt much better walking out than I did walking in. A very special thank you to the girl who did my treatment. Her care, attention, and all the advice she gave me about face care meant a lot and felt truly personal. Visiting a skin clinic as a man can feel a bit uncomfortable at times, but the team here are so friendly and welcoming that you’re put at ease straight away. I’ve been several times now for spider vein removal, and they couldn’t be more helpful. Louise was fantastic today! Keep up the great work, and Merry Christmas to you all.

It was a great experience. I was given options for my treatment and they were explained in a way that would make it easy for me to decide which treatment to undergo. The staff is very accommodating and is very helpful with my questions.

I recently had Fractora (radio frequency microneedling) treatment at the Cosmetic Clinic, and I can confidently say it was a 10/10 experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic is spotless and maintains the highest standards of hygiene.

I am an older woman who wants to naturally look her best. I feel ‘seen’ and ‘listened to’ by the Dr. I have absolute trust in her knowledge and expertise. I have regular Profhilo - administered well - it is a treatment that can be a little painful. She never tries to sway me to have treatments. I enjoy my sessions.
I would highly recommend her.

I had a positive experience due to all the staff being welcoming, friendly and professional. The doctor listened to my requests and explained the treatments, and I felt that her aim was to provide a professional service that would address my issues and produce results that I would be happy with.
