I booked my first appointment through Booksy, confirmed for 11am. Two hours before, the business told me it was cancelled due to “other booking platforms,” but they did not actually cancel the appointment on Booksy. I was also at risk of being charged for a service that was not provided.

When I expressed my disappointment, here’s how the conversation went:

Me: “Your customer service is disgusting.”
Me: “Considering this is the first time using your business and already you’re cancelling my appointment with a 2-hour window with the excuse of 'we have other booking platforms' is disgusting."

Business:

“Girl go cry somewhere else, not interested. I’ve given you 2 hours! I’m not even the one that does the waxes lmao. Go be disgusted somewhere else.”

“Disgusting customers will get disgusting customer service. I ain’t the one. Now go find someone else.”

As a new customer, I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and clear communication, but instead was met with mockery and disrespect. I would not recommend this business. Show less »

Absolutely brilliant service from Narmin. She is really good at what she does and puts it in a lot of effort. There are a lot of services in her salon which makes it so much easier for someone who likes to get everything done in one place. Really enjoyed my treatment and had a lovely chat. Can’t wait to be back.
