I had a terrible experience with my lashes when i came here. I paid for removal and hybrid lashes. However I left looking like i had nothing on my lashes because when the technician stopped she went ‘right I have to stop here because you have so many lashes that if i continue i’ll be here all day’. So essentially she couldn’t give me a full set which i had paid for because she was not good enough to get it all done in time. I appreciate that I have lots of natural lashes but that’s not an excuse to give me half a treatment. In my 6 years of getting lash extensions every technician has managed to attach lashes to all of my own lashes within the allotted time. I just felt like i was being punished for having a lot of lashes and quite frankly if she was only going to fill half of my lashes she should not have charged me full price. Would not recommend. The ladies in the salon are amazing. It’s like popping into a group of friends for a chat and leaving looking and feeling great. The range of treatments is extensive without being overwhelming but all the ladies are happy to chat through what you want and advise on what you need.

I have had a few appointments with Snap recently and I love them. The girls are lovely, friendly and welcoming. I've been delighted with the results of all the treatments I've had. Edited to update I've now had a multitude of services at Snap and I'm always so happy with them. Lash extensions, LVL, facial, gel manicures and pedicures, HD brows and more recently, semi permanent make up in the form of ombre brows with Harriet. I absolutely love my brows! Show less »
