I honestly can’t thank Rhiannon enough! After feeling fobbed off by the GP with bare minimum answers and no real clarity, she finally gave me the information and explanation I needed. Everything suddenly made sense, and I left our chat feeling relieved, reassured, and actually hopeful for the first time in ages.

She went above and beyond to explain things clearly, gave me practical advice I could follow straight away, and was so kind and supportive throughout. It felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help, rather than just ticking boxes.

This was my first visit to Rhiannon, I was very nervous but she made me feel relaxed immediately, very detailed advise and not pushy in any way, I didn't feel like I had to have the treatment but she gave me the confidence to have it. Highly recommend Rhiannon, very knowledgeable and a lovely lady, I will be returning
