I had such a good experience here yesterday with Dr Grace. I was so nervous about getting lip filler for the first time and she made me feel so comfortable, talked through everything in detail and let me take my time to decide without rushing at all. I was really nervous of how painful it would be but she made sure my lips were really numb before starting and it was no where near as painful as I imagined. I’m so happy with my results, they look so natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I attended the Berkhamsted clinic this afternoon for the Kenalog jab for chronic hayfever. Erica was amazing - I’m someone with a severe fear of needles, and Erica made me feel at ease instantly.
