Today I took my daughter for her yellow fever vaccine. I would really give stars for the kind service from the receptionists, because when Mrs Vali, who said to be the nurse responsible for administering the yellow fever vaccine, was quite unprofessional. She was more interested in selling extra vaccines... and when I said I didn't need the various other doses offered, she was extremely insistent trying to sell a package of vaccines, which are not required to enter the countries I will be visiting with my family... but it doesn't stop there, she was extremely rude when administering the vaccine to my 4-year-old daughter, without a sense of care or kindness towards a child. She also didn't bother to sanitize the child's arm before administering the injection or even to be gentle with the child when applying the stick after administering the vaccine. In my opinion, either the professional sells the product and is prepared to receive "no, thank you very much" as an answer... or they simply perform the service impartially don't with the sale of their product stock.

Congratulations, Dear Vali, you've just lost clients to other procedures.Hopefully another people reads the reviews before to buy your service.

I'm leaving this review as a warning to others. The medical consultation itself was fine and professional. However, the pricing is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I was charged a staggering £400 for a single consultation, which included a prescription and a saliva test. These additional services were not clearly explained as costly extras. The doctor even warned us to "read the forms carefully," which in hindsight feels like a clever way to make you agree to these hidden charges.

Once the doctor says this, you cannot go back on your choice. You are essentially trapped into paying for very expensive add-ons you didn't knowingly request. It's a tactic to make as much money as possible from patients.

While the care was adequate, the deceptive and predatory pricing practice is shocking. I strongly advise anyone visiting to be very, very cautious about what you are signing. Show less »

I was left disappointed by a recent experience - I was informed by Vali that the Aesthetics event in Nottingham was on Monday the 22nd, so I arranged time off work and adjusted commitments in London. I was left disappointed by a recent experience - I was informed by Vali that the Aesthetics event in Nottingham was on Monday the 22nd, so I arranged time off work and adjusted commitments in London. An hour before my appointment, I was told the date was incorrect and the treatment would be full price. When I asked if anything could be done, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I later received a missed call, but no one could confirm who had contacted me. Eventually, I was told to attend the clinic and Vali would resolve it, but I declined and have since booked elsewhere. As a returning client, this isn’t the first time I’ve felt let down by Regent Street Clinic and I’ve yet to receive a response from Vali, despite my message being read on instagram.
The customer service here is non existent and it appears they’re only out to make as much money out of clients as possible. Show less »

I have been coming here for 8 years and have had many doctors/nurses that have done my Botox perfectly, never needed the top up. I’ve even recommended to many people to come here. The last time I came I ended up with very wonky brows, even to this day they are still like it and droopy eye. I had a different lady as Dr Vali was on holiday, she dropped botox into my eye and the Botox didn’t work. I went to Dr Vali for my top up ( 1 injection) which was an extra £50 which again the results didn’t work. I messaged after two weeks and the reply was that I had to pay again for a top up even after showing them the videos and photos. I feel very let down by the this place after my years of loyalty. I visited this clinic for allergy treatment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the clinician, Vali Kaur—who I believe was a nurse—did not come across as very professional. As a qualified midwife with 10 years of experience, I was quite surprised by her injection technique. It felt rushed and careless, almost as if the needle was thrown like a dart. The injection was administered while I was standing, and she didn’t check for blood afterward to ensure the needle hadn’t entered a blood vessel — something that should always be done as part of safe injection practice.

What made me feel particularly uncomfortable was being asked to search for the clinic on Google. She then took my phone, selected a 5-star rating herself, and handed it back to me to write a review.

I would have simply expected a more professional, careful, and respectful approach. In my own clinical experience, treating patients with kindness and following proper technique has always been a priority. Show less »
