I had such a great experience and can’t recommend this clinic highly enough.
Craig was absolutely amazing, he really listened, worked with care, and made sure everything looked beautifully natural. I trusted him completely to do what he felt was best, and I’m so glad I did. I walked out feeling balanced, refreshed, and like the best version of myself.
The aftercare has been excellent, and the communication from Jessica throughout has been incredible - responsive, reassuring, and genuinely thoughtful. I felt looked after at every step, which makes such a difference.

Craig provides a very friendly, personal and professional service. Great consultation skills to understand needs and desired outcomes. Cautious with product on first appointment, which is exactly the right way to be. Happy with the results and will be returning for all cosmetic needs going forward.

A friend had recommended refine after,experiencing excellent treatment for a lump removal. I contact them, and met with Craig for consultation. He was really informative ,and very knowledgeable about my particular skin condition. An appointment was made for the removal of 6 of them. Care was great from the start, everyday I was checked in on my progress. Within 7 days they'd gone, leaving my skin in lovely condition, finally didn't have to hide them anymore. I have seen Craig a few times over the last couple of years. All of my treatment experiences and the results have been great! Craig is wonderful 🙂. He offers genuine advice, will tell you if a treatment isn’t right for you and never rushes an appointment.
