Firstly I knew I was in the best hands due to Ruth’s professionalism during my consultation, she understood the area’s I was unhappy with and was excellent at explaining what would enhance my features, leaving me feeling confident I was in good hands. Communication prior to my appointment was great and Ruth is always there to answer any questions. Ruth’s beautiful clinic was easy to find, the location and parking was great too. Everything inside the clinic was to the highest standard, clean, modern and stylish. Ruth explained everything about the procedure to me and I was at ease, Ruth has such an extensive knowledge of her procedures and products, is very friendly and is an absolute natural at her job.
