Should have been seen in April for routine follow up and was told no appointments. The practice failed to provide timely care despite repeated requests. Should have been seen in April for routine follow up and was told no appointments.
The practice failed to provide timely care despite repeated requests.
I raised a problem with my daughter’s lower brace in April and chased multiple times, yet no appointment was offered. At her appointment yesterday, I was told the brace would likely have been removed by now if the issue had been addressed when I first reported it. This is entirely due to the practice’s inaction.

My daughter has now been left disappointed ahead of her prom, and we are facing an 8‑hour round trip for a 10‑minute appointment due to our upcoming move. Being told we may need to “pop back” shows a lack of empathy and understanding.

We have chosen to seek dental care elsewhere and would certainly not recommend pure dental Show less »

Rang on Monday morning in quite lot of pain, was away at the time so explained I needed an emergency appointment - but could only make it back from Tuesday afternoon. Practise did a quick telephone assessment and then rang me back only 4 hours later to confirm appointment for the Tuesday. Attended practise and within 20 mins had had the painful tooth extra... Having been referred this this clinic for a specialist treatment I was very impressed with the whole set up. Large waiting room with area for children, water machine and nearby toilets. My dentist kept me informed of the treatment he would be carrying out, which I was not looking forward too. He made me feel assured and relaxed. Very impressed with the whole... Show more »

I am trying to go privately with this dentist as I understand that NHS is not available. This is absolutely acceptable, but despite trying for 2 years I still cannot register and I have been told that few other people registered privately in the 2 years I am trying. I was with the Immingham practice for over 35 yrs (even though it is a 65 mile round trip) as a NHS patient. During Covid I rang every 6 months or so to book an appointment & / or to ensure I remained on the books. I was told that you had made a note & would be contacted when routine visits restarted. I was with the Immingham practice for over 35 yrs (even though it is a 65 mile round trip) as a NHS patient. During Covid I rang every 6 months or so to book an appointment & / or to ensure I remained on the books. I was told that you had made a note & would be contacted when routine visits restarted. But when my dentist moved to another practice I was told there was no availability for appointments for me & was strongly encouraged to move to another practice. !
I moved to the Willows at Brigg (which is nearer to me). I was then contacted by Pure & told a checkup appointment had been made for me 26/1/26. I attended this visit & the new dentist was fine. But when I came to pay, I was told I was not a NHS patient. So I feel very disappointed & frustrated with Pure & feel Pure underhandedly tried to get me back on their books as a private patient ! So after over 35 yrs of loyal support I feel I was very poorly treated by the Immingham / Pure practice. Can fit me in as a NHS patient but not as a NHS patient Show less »

To write this makes make me angry and sad at the same time-I was referred to this clinic by my dentist because one of my back teeth had a root resorption so I paid £599 to get it treated by endodontist , after he done the treatment I was surprised why he haven’t removed all my old filling, but not thinking a lot about that just went home and then in couple of hours the pain came it was awful , the pain didn’t go away so in about 2days went back he give me antibiotics, it didn’t help the pain was just getting worse went back he gave me different kind of antibiotics lost about 5kg of my weight due to pain and being unable to eat.
The second antibiotics seemed to help after about 3month went back for follow up and he said it’s looks alright,then in few months went to my regular dentist with he done X-ray on the treated tooth and saw massive infection referred me back to the endodontist to retreat the tooth. Went back he does the x-ray and this time cleans out all of my old filling where he only then sees it that it was cracked from inside and then he’s telling me sorry can’t help you the tooth have to be removed as it has massive infection and it has cracks from inside , it’s been absolutely crazy for me as I didn’t have infection when I started my treatment with him, if only he had clean out all the old filling in the first appointment probably the outcome would be very different and I wouldn’t need to lose the tooth.
