Outstanding. Dr James Critchley and his team ( including receptionist) are really customer focused. I’m not a great lover of dentist but just had treatment and I am overwhelmed by how I never even felt all the required local injections ( that’s a first and I’m 72 years old), the treatment plan was well set out in advance, fully explained with a ongoing conversation of each part of my treatment. I would rate Tom as the perfect dentist...great bedside manner and clear explanations of treatment options. He ensures that a trip to the dentist is just a "walk in the park"!

Another big 'Thank You' to Dental Surgeon Dr Thomas O’Neill and Dental Nurse Shaniqua for yesterday's visit. Treatment was carefully explained, carried out in no time and I now have a new tooth! Joy! Thank you again Pittville Lawn Dental, you have a great team there.

My implants and fittings are unique due to the fact they were installed over 40 years ago buy the same orthodontic surgeon I visited today. His expertise in this field is exemplary.5star

I cannot recommend this practice too highly. Everyone is kind, patient and understanding. The quality of the work is always superb, and the dentists and hygienists explain everything very clearly. I only wish I'd known about them years ago!
