I had the Medik8 Facial with Tanvi for the first time. The products and services were amazing. Tanvi explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand what to do to make my skin better at home. The experience was so lovely I had to get the Diamond Membership.

Treatments are always consistent and high quality, prices are reasonable and the place is maintained to the highest standards. The staff are always very kind and never forces you to take treatments you don't want/need and they always take the time and not rush their services. Booking via the website is very easy and they run promotions and discounted packages to help you save some money. I recently visited Petts Wood Spa and Clinic for their Relax Package, which included a facial and a full body Swedish massage — and I can honestly say it was exactly what I needed.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Stella, who looked after my treatments, was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout, and her skill really showed in both the facial and the massage. By the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed — like a brand new human.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and be properly looked after, I’d highly recommend booking in here… and if you can, ask for Stella!

Kayleigh is a great therapist, gave a very good facial and talked me through the treatment explaining every step. Kirsty is very friendly and welcoming. Lovely spa will come back!

Great service. Everyone was extremely polite and welcoming. I loved the facial. Was so good. I fell asleep 😂😂😂. Also the advice giving to me on how to maintain my skin was extremely helpful. Going away next week and my skin is glowing. They definitely got a new consistent customer.

Karina is hands down an amazing masseuse. She knows exactly how to find and release every knot with the perfect amount of pressure. I always leave feeling lighter, looser. Highly recommend her for anyone who needs real results and lasting relief.
