I had the worst facial of my life here. I’ve been getting monthly facials for ten years, and I have never experienced anything like this. I had a hydra facial plus masks for almost £170, and I honestly cannot believe how bad everything was. My face is now covered with under-the-skin bumps.
The specialist who did the treatment was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a 10-minute consultation, and she was so nervous and unsettled that I was actually scared to ask more questions. I asked for the Wi-Fi password because I wanted to look at their website and ask a few questions about different types of facials. When she came back and I was trying to enter the password, she responded very nervously and rudely, telling me that “we don’t have time, can you lie down faster, time is running,” even though I still had consultation time left.
During the treatment, she worked very fast, with no attention to detail, as if she just wanted to rush through it and get it over with. She didn’t even notice a large blemish on my face - I had to point it out myself so she could treat it. I only had one pimple when I arrived, and 1 day later my face was full of bumps. At first, I thought maybe it was just a reaction, but as time passed, it became clear that the treatment was done poorly.
All my friends who have had hydrafacials say their skin glows for days afterward. My skin did not glow at all. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering how much I paid. The service was far from professional, and I will never go back.

Even when I told them what happened, they didn’t even apologize. The practitioner never reached out, and instead, someone on WhatsApp casually said that “your skin looks fine without makeup,”even though they have no idea what my bare skin looked like before the treatment. And if my bare skin truly looked “fine,” then why is my face reacting worse after their facial? They offered my consultation only without being sorry for my bad experience.
This clinic is extremely overrated. The practitioner couldn’t even speak proper English, the service was unprofessional, and the whole experience was unacceptable. I will never return. Show less »

I tried this salon for the first time a few years ago, and I did not have a good experience back then. I gave it another chance last month, and unfortunately I again did not have a good experience….I think the main issue with this salon is that it is poorly managed. A few obvious things:

1) The appointments are scheduled back to back - it seems that there is not even a 5-minute break in between for a therapist to breathe. My appointment started 15 minutes late (as, I think, the previous client came late or they slightly extended the procedure time - in any event, my point is that there seems to be no time buffer for such occasions). When my appointment finally started, my therapist felt so rushed, slightly hectic, still thinking about the previous client, etc. It is ridiculous - how can you trust your face to someone in this state of mind

2) I genuinely felt for the administrator who alone had to handle multiple incoming and outgoing clients. Payments, new bookings, forms - she was doing a fantastic multitasking job, but there is a limit to what one person can do. Considering Oblique’s position as a “premium” beauty space, perhaps it could afford a second administrator, at least during peak hours, so that clients do not have to wait 10+ minutes at reception to pay for their treatment.

3) The amount of up-sell and cross-sell is insane. In general, and summing up the above, when you come there you feel like the salon massively prioritizes profit over quality service, customer experience, or anything else really that would make people want to come back. Show less »

Absolutely amazing! I had an Endospheres course treatment and a HydraFacial with Nadezda, and my face has transformed! It’s perfect, toned and glowing :) I’m very happy with the result — highly recommend to anyone! Nadezda is very professional, has great attention to detail, and immediately knew which treatment would work best for my face.

Daniella is fantastic! Sugaring treatment by her is always painless and quick. The salon itself is nice, clean and welcoming.

I had a very disappointing experience with a facial massage here. The therapist seemed to have very basic training and little awareness of facial anatomy or lymphatic flow. Half of the treatment was just repetitive motions with too much pressure, leaving my skin red and burning afterwards. I’ve had many facial massages before and never experienced this kind of discomfort.

What really made the experience worse was the customer service. When I tried to share my feedback at the front desk, the tall blonde receptionist dismissed me and kept saying “it’s fine”, “I’ve had the same “, “she’s very professional” in a rude, dismissive way rather than listening and keep cutting me off. It was shocking and unprofessional.

For £120, I expected at least a decent level of skill and respect for customer feedback. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this salon. Show less »
