After almost 50 years fearing the dentist from start to finish cannot recommend Rosie and all the staff at Oaktree highly enough. Professional, patient, understanding. 6 months treatment to achieve a much wanted smile. Dont fear, don't walk by....walk in and get your smile back. Very reasonable pricing too. Would give 6 stars 🌟

Very nice women, made sure I was okay during the filling being done. Both sang along to a few songs and put my jacket over me when I got cold, I definitely recommend going here!

Staff were very kind. I was so anxious and the dentist explained everything and was very understanding. They seen me as soon as they could. I've only been with them for 2 months and they have helped so much. Would recommend to all

I have been going to this dentistry for 2-3 years, and I have never had any issues - staff are lovely, the price was always so reasonable and affordable, and results were great. Definitely worth a five star review, if you asked me 2 years ago - from my previous experiences. But unfortunately, I can’t say I feel the same now after my last appointment. I left feeling so uncomfortable, and massively out of pocket. I went into my appointment with a quote of £70, to then be billed £300+ for a simple procedure. I had a white filling with no pain relief. I was close to crying when the girl at the desk told me the amount, especially when I was told it would be £70, with no discussion from the dentist that it would be significantly more. I was so nervous and wish I had the confidence to challenge the amount but ended up paying it, knowing it would leave me in debt. I was due to return for my next filling the following month, but obviously after this encounter - I could not afford anymore treatment, so I emailed the team later that week for a breakdown cost (as I did not receive one, nor was my treatment discussed with me), for me to find out that my overall treatment costs would be £600+. I raised my concerns and had a follow up email from the dentist herself but I have not received a reply. I have since been to another dentist, who was lovely, discussed my treatment with me, quoted and billed me £70, with pain relief (what I had expected in my last treatment at OakTree). I think the costs of OakTree are ridiculous, unaffordable and I do believe I have been overcharged, MASSIVELY. It is disappointing that they have chosen to ignore my concerns, when I have been going to them for years. I definitely will not be returning here again. Show less »

I had my initial consultation today, I was extremely nervous. From the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed! The nurses were absolutely brilliant, so kind and informative. Dentist was also great to chat to, gave me all information required and answered and questions. The surgery and overall practice was absolutely spotless(as it should be, but I have found visiting previous practices have not been so clean). I am still awaiting my next few appointments but I am confident this place will provide exceptional treatment after visiting today. So profesional and a lovely feel within the practice. Definitely recommend if you struggle with anxiety attending the dentist, staff could not have been more accommodating. Show less »
