Since this dentist went under new ownership the customer policy and the receptionists have been appalling. My family and I were patients for 30 years and due a several missed appointments, which I did call about, they struck us off the register. The receptionist treated us like a transaction. Since this dentist went under new ownership the customer policy and the receptionists have been appalling. My family and I were patients for 30 years and due a several missed appointments, which I did call about, they struck us off the register. The receptionist treated us like a transaction. I tried to explain that having children on the spectrum leads to unpredictability which in turn can wreak havoc on a daily schedule. She had no empathy or understanding of the predicament that I faced. I further explained that my daughter has been referred for a serious dental issue to a Orthodontics, and now this referral will be disregarded - which it did. We're now unable to find a local dentist. Absolutely appalling treated of long standing patients.

I've just seen the reply below and there's no offer to amend the poor treatment from yourselves. It's merely lip service. My daughter has a serious dental issue and we're without a dentist. It's not a dentist for patients, its a transactional business. The former owners and receptionists were exceptional. Show less »

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Panesar and it was one of the nicest dentist experiences I've ever had. She was absolutely lovely and welcoming, explained everything and answered all of my questions patiently and without making me feel silly or like I was taking up too much time. Upon arrival I was glared at by one receptionist in a very unfriendly way..the other took my name told me to sit down, as I sat down i heard them sniggering which i found unprofessional. Then a few minutes later one of them shouts accross reception in full ear shot of everyone and with some attitude that 'the dentist won't you as you are 15 mins late'. Fair enough when I looked at the email after it said 13:30 but I was sure I'd been told 2pm on the phone when i booked it. Also they had not mentioned me being late upon my arrival .. so i felt shocked and humiliated when it was shouted accross the waiting room in that way... very unprofessional receptionists , their the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
