Magdalena and her team are amazing. From start to finish, every process during the whole treatment is explained and your never left wondering what's happening. Anything u maybe feeling during the treatment is explained so nothing is a surprise. Your always made to feel welcome and well looked after. The treatments are amazing and I would recommend any treatment to be done by Nova skincare clinic. Magdalena is just an amazing lady, has so much warmth towards her clients and your never ever made to feel uncomfortable in any way. Your not just a client to her, you become a friend for life. I've had hifu , Botox and facials. So professional and clean. And the fact that Magdalena can get me to relax and almost fall asleep says A LOT, as I hate shutting them 😂
