Northview Dental Practice in Caerphilly | Reviews, prices and appointments

I called the practice first thing this morning for an emergency appointment and was seen promptly. I was impressed start to finish. After this visit I would highly recommend North View Dental practice. What a great experience!

Amazing dentist. Lovely staff.
Georgia wake (I think that’s her name) is a great person if you’re nervous, she really is very gentle and patient.

It’s a really nice dental practice. The ladies on the reception are helpful and friendly and the hygienist (not sure what her name is) also gives a 5 star service.

I had 3 appointments, 1 for a filling and 2 to have a crown fitted. Each time there was a minimum wait for my appointment. In fact my last appointment was exactly on time. My 1st appointment at this practice & I was very impressed. The clinic is very clean & modern, reception staff were helpful. The dentist I saw was Abi, who was excellent, she gave the most informative initial check up I've had & was so pleasant & cheerful, as was her assistant. Definitely 5 star so far!

Dr Emma is amazing made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as I suffer with bpd an bad anxiety. Soon as I walked in the room an spoke I felt at ease.

Brilliant dental service. Very professional and welcoming, especially if you're anxious about going to see a dentist. Highly recommend this dental practice. The few times I've been, they've been amazing and professional. Got alot of appreciation for what they do and with the help they've provided for myself.

Had quite a bad experience with this practice. Niku was a good dentist in terms of doing my filling. The only problem is he was more than willing to do other treatments until he found out I had a dental negligence case against someone else. The only problem is he was more than willing to do other treatments until he found out I had a dental negligence case against someone else. He reccomended an onlay which he was happy to do and was also more than willing to do Invisalign and tooth bonding. When he found out about the case he then had a sudden change of heart and tried referring me elsewhere that was miles upon miles away. Just seemed like he wasn’t confident in his abilities after finding out about the case which unfortunately isn’t the first time this has happened. Why would you happily treat someone then turn them away because of a dental negligence case in regards to a different practice? Show less »

Northview dentists are the first dentists I have been to in years, they’re so kind and patient.
Today I had a filling and the dentist and her assistant were very welcoming and reassuring.

Very happy to receive treatment from here

Amazing service with my little 3 year old, he was treated very well and would do exactly what the detentist ask him as she was so kind and reassuring. Made better as he had his good boy sticker which gave him a massive smile.

Treatment was carried out professionally with care by Mr Andrew Sullivan and offering considerable care & reassurance.
Have been a patient at NVDP for many years and have always had a very good standard of care and service. Reception staff also very friendly and professional.

Excellent professionalism when I had a need for an emergency appointment. Dr Patel explained everything clearly and took the time to understand the issue. And Lisa, when I rang to make the appointment, went out of her way to fit me into the day because it was urgent.

First time here and was given a warm welcome by Andrew, the dentist. The appointment was for a first time check up on my oral health and I was pleased with the way Andrew related everything to me. All the staff I seen there look happy to be there. Pleased to be a patient at a caring dental practice.

This is the nicest dental surgery I have ever been to. I explained my anxiety in attending and the dentist couldn’t have been nicer, making me feel really at ease. Great experience from the welcome greeting by reception staff all the way to the dentist and dental nurse. Top customer service! Highly recommended.

I visited today for my regular check up and was as usual very happy with the treatment and knowledge of all the staff.I have been a patient of this dental practice for 60years.And i was very saddened and angry to be told that due to the changes the welsh goverment are proposing to bring in next April.I will have to travel to god knows where to get any treatm... I visited today for my regular check up and was as usual very happy with the treatment and knowledge of all the staff.I have been a patient of this dental practice for 60years.And i was very saddened and angry to be told that due to the changes the welsh goverment are proposing to bring in next April.I will have to travel to god knows where to get any treatment in the future.This is yet another ridiculous decision by this incompetent labour goverment.That has no regard for people that cannot afford to stay in the practice they have used their entire lifetime.And pay the extra cost of a private health plan.I would like to think the practice is doing everything they can to lobby the goverment to reverse this decision.But i do realise there is only so much that you are able to do.And it could be that the only saving grace could be that this labour goverment is booted out in May in a way that leaves them feeling that they have again let the people of Wales down in a huge and disgraceful way.And maybe then a competent party can then form a goverment and immediatly reverse this horrendous decision.A very sad day for the NHS and the people of Wales. I was really pleased with my first visit/appointment today. Everyone, including the receptionists, and Charlotte and Simon, were most welcoming and made me feel relaxed about my appointment. Everything was explained thoroughly and carefully. I would highly recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

Fantastic service! Dr Sullivan was warm, friendly and totally put the children at ease. Great advice given for maintaining good oral health and some very cool stickers too. Wonderful for the children to have such a great experience at the dentist, thank you!
