Visited Dentist Simon Ralphs to discuss a troublesome molar and decided to have an extraction. My experience was great, Simon was professional and kind, taking time to explain what would happen and the aftercare instructions. Did have to return for further treatment but Simon saw me swiftly and sorted the issue. I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the real unsung hero’s. The reception staff and dental nurses who supported me. They are fabulous, professional, competent, friendly and reassuring, nothing was too much trouble. A true representation of teamwork. Lovely little dentist. Came for a checkup today, the receptionists, and all staff were friendly, nice, and full of smiles. Lovely and clean practice. I saw Simon Ralphs today with his assistant, and he was very reassuring, very knowledgeable and professional, and did a thorough check. And he has booked me in ready for everything I need done. Excellent Dentists. Receptionists are very polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The dentist that I saw, Abigail Carver, was brilliant, along with her assistant, whose name I cannot recall at the moment (sorry!). She talked me through the best treatment for me and that I decided to have and was very professional. I cannot wait now for my treatment to begin. I visited today for my regular check up and was as usual very happy with the treatment and knowledge of all the staff.I have been a patient of this dental practice for 60years.And i was very saddened and angry to be told that due to the changes the welsh goverment are proposing to bring in next April.I will have to travel to god knows where to get any treatm... I visited today for my regular check up and was as usual very happy with the treatment and knowledge of all the staff.I have been a patient of this dental practice for 60years.And i was very saddened and angry to be told that due to the changes the welsh goverment are proposing to bring in next April.I will have to travel to god knows where to get any treatment in the future.This is yet another ridiculous decision by this incompetent labour goverment.That has no regard for people that cannot afford to stay in the practice they have used their entire lifetime.And pay the extra cost of a private health plan.I would like to think the practice is doing everything they can to lobby the goverment to reverse this decision.But i do realise there is only so much that you are able to do.And it could be that the only saving grace could be that this labour goverment is booted out in May in a way that leaves them feeling that they have again let the people of Wales down in a huge and disgraceful way.And maybe then a competent party can then form a goverment and immediatly reverse this horrendous decision.A very sad day for the NHS and the people of Wales.
